Skinny Minnie

Grace had her four month check-up today. Yes. FOUR months. Can you believe it?? I don't know where the time has gone. She is getting to be such a big girl. Although, not according to the growth charts the doctor gave me... She is only in the 18th percentile! I was honestly pretty surprised because she has developed some pretty hefty (but adorable) michelin man rolls lately.

Exhibit A:

She is looking chunky, right?? The check-up went well, though. Grace is hitting all of her important milestones. So far she has rolled over (both ways), she is laughing...uhh well I guess those are really the only milestones at her age. But I love watching how observant she is, just trying to take in the world around her.

Unfortunately, along with her check-up came the dreaded four-month vaccinations. Is there anything worse than seeing your baby in pain?? It breaks my heart every time I change her diaper and see the band aids on her little chubby thighs. I knew she wasn't feeling well the rest of the day, because she was crying and somewhat inconsolable. Not her usual smiley self. Hopefully with some baby tylenol and a good nights rest, she'll be doing better in the morning.

I apologize for the blurry, horrible photos. I have been really bad about taking photos lately, which is awful because Grace is at such a cute stage right now. If only I could hire a live-in professional photographer to document her every move. Hmm and maybe clean and cook and do the laundry too? Any takers? Oh well. Here are some cute pictures from Instagram, which is really the only way I manage to share any photos these days.
